From Prescription to Pharmacy: Digital Prescriptions and Refills

Paper prescriptions get lost, smudged and misread. Digital prescriptions travel from doctor to pharmacy without any of that.

    How it works

    1. Your doctor prescribes medicine during or after a consultation.
    2. The prescription appears in your DigCare profile.
    3. You order the prescription or a refill from your local pharmacy.
    4. The pharmacist receives the digital prescription and dispenses it.

    Notifications

We send push notifications for prescriptions and system updates so you know when something needs your attention.

    Record keeping

Completed prescriptions are retained as required by healthcare regulations, so your medication history stays accurate and complete.

For pharmacists, digital prescriptions mean fewer handwriting guesses and a cleaner record of what was dispensed. For patients, it means one less piece of paper to carry.

Does the pharmacy need to be on DigCare already, or can I send the prescription to any pharmacy near me?
