Sometimes you just have a quick follow-up question. In-app messaging is a private space to chat with your doctor about anything related to your care.

Private by design

Chat messages with healthcare providers are encrypted. They are stored securely and accessible only to the participants of the conversation.

When you delete your account

If you close your DigCare account, your chat messages are removed within 30 days.

Good to know

• Messaging is great for follow-up questions and clarifications.
• It is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, go to the nearest health facility.
• Keep your questions specific so your doctor can respond helpfully.
