When you book a doctor, you deserve to know they are who they say they are. That is why providers on DigCare are verified.
What providers submit
Doctors, pharmacists and lab technicians upload verification documents such as government IDs, professional licences and proof of facility affiliation.
Who can see the documents
Only DigCare's credential verification team and platform administrators. The documents are never shared with other users, healthcare providers or commercial third parties.
How they are stored
Documents are stored via Cloudinary with encryption at rest and in transit.
What they are used for
Solely for identity and credential verification: never for marketing, profiling or analytics. Documents are deleted within 30 days of account closure, and providers can request immediate deletion at any time.

Reassuring. There are so many fake accounts pretending to be medical professionals online these days.
Good to know the documents get deleted after an account is closed.
